SST Sensing Ltd, designer and manufacturer of a range of electronic sensors, are pleased to announce the extension to scope of their ISO9000:2000 Quality Management System to cover their design services. SST produce a range of Fluid, (Level, Temperature and Pressure), Gas (Oxygen and CO2) and Position (Speed and Position )sensors for multiple industries. As well as offering standard sensors SST Sensing also provide a design service to provide products which exactly meet specific customer requirements.

Managing Director, Keith Wight stated "We are delighted with this achievement. We have spent the last 12 months implementing a robust New Product Introduction (NPI) process which is based on a strong 6-sigma approach to ensure our design process is robust and very efficient. Many of customers request custom sensor designs for their applications and this process ensures that these bespoke designs and our own new product designs are cost effective and delivered to tight deadlines.
