At SST Sensing our engineers are always hard at work designing new and innovative sensors to make life that bit easier for our customers. The OXY-Flex oxygen analyzer, does exactly that: It’s convenient, easy to use and is very flexible, given the name. The objective for designing the OXY-Flex was to make everything hassle and trouble free for our customers when using these sensors.

The OXY-Flex sensor is a complete oxygen gas measurement system. It combines SST’s highly accurate Zirconium Dioxide oxygen sensors with complete interface electronics, housed in a very robust enclosure suitable for industrial applications. The OXY-Flex oxygen analyzer is powered by a 24V d.c. supply, the electronics provide three types of output signal: 0-10V; 4-20ma and RS232 and the oxygen measuring range is selectable for either 0-25% or 0-100% Oxygen. The OXY-Flex suitable for industrial applications, especially for measuring residual oxygen in the flue gasses of combustion processes, as it can operate up to 400ºC and is appropriate in areas that are not easily accessible. The Oxygen Measurement System is suitable for a number of applications, similarly like the rest of our oxygen sensors. Not only is the Oxy-Flex oxygen analyzer suitable for applications in combustion processes but it is very appropriate for composting, and general monitoring of oxygen content.

The OXY-Flex oxygen analyzer, like the rest of our sensors, comes in a standard temp or high temp range. Due to their flexible temperature limits, these sensors are particularly suitable for measuring oxygen in areas that are not easily accessible, or in closed systems, such as ventilation pipes, flues and containers.
